Your Second Visit

Report of Findings

After your initial examination we will schedule a second visit for as soon as you are able to return. This is an important visit.

We will have taken the time to review the information in your health history form and correlate that with the consultation and physical exam results, including your x-rays.   Based on this information, we will formulate recommendations for care designed to create optimal health and a transition to a wellness-based lifestyle for you.  This is referred to as our Report of Findings.  During the Report of Findings we will answer three important questions:

1. Exactly what is the problem - is there interference [subluxation] in your nervous system and if so, where?
2. How can we help correct the problem [how can we correct your subluxations]?
3. What is the recommended schedule of care?

We will also notify you if your condition requires care with other providers.

Additional recommendations may be made regarding diet, exercise, nutritional supplements and other things to help improve your overall health.  Everything will be laid out for you and you will have choices along the way.  Finances will also be covered as well as the different payment options that are available. 

Once all your questions are answered and you have a complete understanding of the what, why, how, and how long of your care, we will usually get started with your first chiropractic adjustment.
